Hen

Hen belongs to type of birds not flying, that is those that less has the muscle of the developed breastbone, in addition than they do not own keel or careens in the breastbone, that is the muscle where the flying muscles of the birds are inserted. The hens are divided in diverse classes, in agreement with the notes that they have common and their geographic zone of origin. The spread classes more are the Americans and Mediterranean, who are divided as well in races, each one of as it includes similar groups of size and characteristics. Finally, the races are subdivided in varieties. The Leghorn race, for example, includes/understands diverse varieties: the white Leghorn, the silver-plated Leghorn and the black Leghorn.
